What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email, phone.
• Your car and builds: year, make, model, parts you choose, quotes and orders.
• Payment records: amounts, dates and status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
• Messages you send to APEX, our AI build advisor.

How we use it

To prepare quotes, process orders and payments, ship your parts, send receipts and updates, follow up on your quote, and improve our service. We send text messages only if you opt in; reply STOP to opt out. You can stop follow-up emails from the link in any email.

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed with the services that run our site: Stripe (payments), our email and text providers (receipts and updates), our website host, and Anthropic (which processes APEX chat messages to generate replies). We don't sell your personal information.

Cookies and storage

We use a sign-in cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's storage to remember your cart, saved builds and preferences on that device.

Your choices

You can update your name and phone in your account, ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep for accounting and legal reasons.
